Pastor Clement M. Lupton, III is a dynamic and powerful man of God who possesses extraordinary gifts in revealing the heart of God to his people. Like Jesus, he teaches with simplicity and conviction that even a child can understand. Like Paul, he leads like a spiritual father. Like Nehemiah, he has a burning vision that people must follow.

Clement M. Lupton, III was born and reared in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At an early age, Clement accepted Christ as his Lord and personal Savior. Young Clement joined the Deliverance Evangelistic Church and was mentored by its Pastor, the late Pastor Benjamin Smith, Sr.

Clement began his ascent in church leadership in the youth department of Deliverance Evangelistic Church. He was the leader of the Sunday afternoon youth service for eleven years. Later, Clement became the church's Youth Pastor. He was promoted to Assistant Pastor of Worship Services, eventually receiving appointment as Pastor of Worship Services. Clement served on the church's Executive Board and on the Board of Directors of the Hope Plaza; the church owned shopping center.

Currently, Rev. Lupton is the Senior Pastor of Beloved St. John Evangelistic Church. Under his leadership, the church has experienced explosive growth. Pastor Lupton is also host of  “Time of Decision" weekly television program and  “Time of Decision" radio outreach ministry. Pastor also serves as co-host of  “The Whole Truth"  live call in radio program.

Pastor Lupton studied Communications at Temple University and Urban Ministry at the Center for Urban Theological Studies, Geneva College.

Pastor Lupton and his wife Brenda are the proud parents of one son, Clement IV, and reside in North Wales, PA
