Altar/Personal Workers
Altar/Personal Workers minister to new Christians who are saved during worship services at Beloved St. John. Workers minister to the newly saved ensuring they understand the decision they have made. Biblical instructions as well as prayer are provided and personal data is recorded for follow-up.

Celebrate Recovery Rap Sessions

Rap Sessions are conducted every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 11am - 12noon and ministers to those who are in bondage to drugs and/or alcohol addiction. The goal of this ministry is to help the hurting move beyond their hurts, hang-ups, and habits to experience the healing and liberty of Christ.

Evangelism Team
This ministry proclaims the Gospel to the unsaved in the Philadelphia area through evangelistic efforts. These include door-to-door witnessing, distribution of tracts and praying and ministering to those in need. This ministry meets every 4th Saturday at 12noon and every Tuesday at 3pm.

Follow-Up Ministry
The purpose of the Follow-Up Ministry is to reach those who have made a decision to receive Jesus Christ into their lives. Follow-Up is the spiritual work of grounding a new believer in the faith. Follow-Up is done through home visitation, telephone calls, and the discipleship program and written correspondence.

HIV/AIDS Care Ministry
HIV/AIDS is considered the most devastating disease in the history of mankind. This ministry provides a forum to minister to those affected by HIV/AIDS and to share valuable information. The ministry meets the 3rd Monday of the month at 7pm.

Hospital/Nursing Home Ministry
This ministry serves the Beloved St. John Church family by ministering to the sick and shut-in by visiting members who are in the hospital or nursing home or recuperating at home. Members are built up as Biblical encouragement is shared.

Prison Ministry
The Prison Ministry reaches inmates, who are in penal institutes, through visitation and written correspondence 

Summer Evangelism
Summer Evangelism is a worship service that is conducted on the street, accompanied by a choir or worship team. During the street service testimonies are shared, a salvation message is delivered, and tracts are handed out in the surrounding neighborhood. The worship service closes with a mass alter call for salvation.
